Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our foundation. Donations are normally nonrefundable. However, if you have made an error in making your donation or if the donation was not authorized by the donor through the Opn payment system or the Thai QR code, refunds might be granted within 7 days of the donation date. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit/debit card, your refund will be credited to the same card.

Refund Execution:

We will notify you of the result by email within 10 days from the receipt of the submission. Once your refund request is accepted, refunds will be executed within 20 days from our email notification.

For international donors: Please note that the confirmation email you received through the Opn system is a send-only email. Do not reply to this email to request a refund.
