“The venue is dimly lit, casting a soft glow over the elegantly dressed audience as they listen intently to the discussion unfolding on the spotlighted stage. The atmosphere is charged with anticipation, as the topic at hand is both crucial for our planet and urgently in need of attention.

Behind the presenter and three distinguished panelists, a large screen displays key visuals and information. The panelists—an esteemed scientist, an influential journalist, and a renowned lawmaker—are seated comfortably on a plush couch, dressed in formal attire. They occasionally cross their legs and maintain gentle smiles to keep the atmosphere approachable. The scientist occasionally slides his glasses down to read from a prepared note.

The discussion is being streamed live, and by registering, anyone can watch this compelling conversation from anywhere, whether on their laptop or smartphone. The event is a success, capturing the audience’s attention and effectively conveying important messages about the pressing issues we face.

In a Southeast Asian country on the opposite side of the Earth from the venue, a woman watched the discussion on her laptop. Despite it being past midnight local time, she was captivated not only by the content, but also by the style of the discourse. Everyone looked professional, and the atmosphere was "cool" in every sense. Inspired, she resolved to bring this vital message to her own country by organizing a similar panel discussion.

On the day of the event, both the audience and panelists were impeccably dressed in formal attire. The female presenter wore a turtleneck under her jacket, adding an air of sophistication. Despite the sweltering 35°C temperature outside, no one inside felt the heat, thanks to the air conditioning running at full capacity. The ambiance was perfect, and everyone was engrossed in the crucial discussion on how to save our planet.”

I know this short story isn't perfect, as I'm not a novelist, but I believe it effectively conveys the message. With summer arriving in the Northern Hemisphere, there's no need for jackets, ties, or extra layers at conferences and discussions. Instead, let's prioritize maintaining a comfortable room temperature to conserve energy.
